ATLANTA, October 25, 2022 – Just Jai Wear, a Black-owned limited liability company, was founded in 2017 by Jai’eta Colvard three years after a personal hypertension health scare, she experienced. This shocking experience motivated her to commit to her own fitness journey to balance her blood pressure and get in the best shape of her life so she could feel and look better. Jai’eta quickly learned she was not alone. Her story was so inspiring to other women around her; they began to make a similar commitment to take control of their health and joined Jai’eta to get in the best shape of their lives. Shortly thereafter, Jai’eta saw an opportunity to fulfill a need in active wear she and others in her new tribe expressed.
Goodbye Anxiety Book
Goodbye Anxiety (GBA) was written a month before undergoing brain surgery to remove a benign meningioma tumor from the olfactory groove section of my brain. This area of the brain controls taste and smell. The surgery occurred on March 26, 2018. To date, my smell and taste are still compromised. I can’t smell a thing. And while I can still enjoy food, I no longer experience the joy of tasting the difference between a watermelon and blueberry jolly rancher. GBA is an interactive 30-day, faith-based, workbook that shares the coping strategies (spiritual and pragmatic) I used to overcome the terrifying anxiety attacks I once suffered, quietly, with for years. And ironically, it was during this diagnosis (one of the few REAL scary times in my life) where I begin to gain control over my anxiety by using many hack strategies I share in this book.
Artificial Intelligence Impact on Low-Skilled Workers- A Literary Review (ECU)
The primary goal of this brief literature review was to consult authoritative sources to find a definitive answer to the question, “What is the impact of AI on low-skilled labor markets?” This goal was inspired by my work as a Human Resources Coordinator at a local manufacturing plant in eastern North Carolina where I supported over 800 people who would be considered low-skilled workers.

Mother Earth Brewing (MEB) is a microbrewery that was founded in the summer of 2008 by Stephen Hill and Trent Mooring. This father and son-in-law duo, from Kinston, North Carolina, founded MEB with a distinct focus on environmentally sustainable crafting practices. Located in downtown Kinston, the brewery offers an array of hand-crafted beers that range from India pale ales, premium lagers, Kolsch and Belgian style ales. In addition, its taproom and beer garden are key neighborhood attractions that keep customers engaged and coming back for more.
